  1. Are your products original?

Yes. All products sold by Eve's Glow Cosmetics are sourced from trusted manufacturers, authorised distributors, and reputable suppliers. We take product authenticity seriously and do not sell counterfeit products.

  1. How long does UK delivery take?                                                                                                                                                                                   Standard Delivery

Standard UK delivery typically takes approximately 3–4 business days from dispatch.

Many orders arrive sooner; however, we recommend allowing the full delivery window during busy periods, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or courier delays.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Express Delivery is available at checkout.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same business day for next business day delivery.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

  1. How long do international orders take?

International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, local courier networks, and public holidays.

As a general guide:

• Europe: approximately 3–10 business days
• Rest of World: approximately 5–21 business days

Many international parcels arrive sooner than these estimates.

Please allow additional time if your parcel is selected for customs inspection or import clearance.

 

  1. Can I track my order?

Yes. All orders are fully trackable.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address used when placing your order once your parcel has been dispatched.

 

  1. Why is my parcel taking longer than expected?

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to customs inspections, airport processing, courier backlogs, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.

We understand delays can be frustrating and appreciate your patience while your parcel continues its journey.

 

  1. Why am I being charged customs duties, VAT, or import taxes?

Some countries charge customs duties, VAT, import taxes, clearance fees, or brokerage charges on imported goods.

These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities and are not set, controlled, or collected by Eve's Glow Cosmetics.

 

  1. Is the shipping fee the same as customs fees?

No. The shipping fee paid at checkout covers transportation of your parcel from the United Kingdom to your destination country.

Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance charges are separate charges imposed by the destination country's authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

  1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We proudly ship worldwide where courier services and local regulations permit. Please note that certain countries, conflict zones, sanctioned territories, or destinations subject to courier restrictions may be unavailable.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, collected by the courier, or is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.

 

  1. Can I return a product?

For hygiene and safety reasons, products must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Opened, used, tampered-with, or damaged products cannot be refunded.

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

 

  1. What happens if my return does not meet the return conditions?

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

If a returned item is found to be opened, used, damaged, incomplete, tampered with, or not in a resalable condition, a refund will not be issued.

Where appropriate, photographic evidence may be sent to the email address or mobile number associated with the original order.

 

  1. Are your IV therapies, skin boosters, and injectable products original?

Yes. Our professional-use products are sourced from reputable suppliers and distributors. However, IV therapies, injectable products, skin boosters, and similar products are intended for trained and appropriately qualified professionals only.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are suitably qualified and compliant with any applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and professional standards before purchase and use.
