Refund policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting info@evesglow.co.uk.

Once an order has been dispatched, collected by a courier, or is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the returns process below.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, you must contact info@evesglow.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item within 14 days of notifying us.

Returned products must be:

• Unopened
• Unused
• In their original sealed packaging
• Complete and in a resalable condition

For hygiene, health protection and safety reasons, skincare, cosmetics, personal care products, supplements and beauty products that have been opened, unsealed, used, tested, tampered with, or removed from their original protective packaging are not eligible for return or refund.

INSPECTION OF RETURNS

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

Where a returned item is found to be opened, used, damaged, incomplete, altered, tampered with, or otherwise unsuitable for resale, the return will be rejected.

Photographs and supporting evidence may be recorded and provided to the customer using the email address and/or contact details associated with the order.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Where a return is rejected following inspection, no refund will be issued.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, clearance charges and other fees imposed by the destination country.

If an international parcel is refused, abandoned, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, any refund will be subject to inspection of the returned goods.

Original shipping costs, customs charges, return shipping fees and courier charges are non-refundable.

30-DAY CLAIM PERIOD

Any issue relating to missing items, incorrect items, damaged items, delivery issues or refund requests must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Claims submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.

FRAUD PREVENTION

Eve's Glow Cosmetics reserves the right to investigate claims, request evidence, review courier tracking information, inspect returned goods and refuse claims that are found to be fraudulent, abusive, misleading or inconsistent with the evidence available.
